Do you need power or water?
We need a standard electrical outlet for every job. Interior Details and Headlight Refreshes don't need any water. For Exterior and Full Details we'll sort out water when you book.
Do I need to be home?
No. Let us know where the car is parked, how to get the key and where the outlet is. We'll message you when it's done.
What if it rains?
Interior Details can usually go ahead in light rain. Heavy rain may mean a covered spot or a new time. Headlight Refreshes need a dry lens, so if the weather won't cooperate we move you to the next open time at no charge.
Do you come to condos and apartments?
Yes. We need a legal parking spot with room to open the doors and access to an outlet. Please check with your strata or building manager if they need to approve it.
How long does it take?
An Interior Detail usually takes 2 to 6 hours depending on size and condition. A Headlight Refresh takes about 30 minutes.
How should I get the car ready?
Take out valuables and anything you don't want moved. We don't remove or reinstall child seats, and we can't clean areas that are covered by belongings. Shade or cover helps if you have it.
Do you remove pet hair, stains and smells?
Loose pet hair and light spots come out with the normal clean. Heavy, embedded pet hair, deep stain extraction and odour treatment aren't included right now, so we can't promise those will fully come out.
